RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as a trusted advisor to your client and being able to find and upsell new opportunities and explore untapped opportunities
- Maintaining a deep and strong understanding of the platforms and tools used for ad serving and analytics within the company
- Optimizing the traffic flow of your customers and launching new traffic sources
- Collaboration with internal teams including product management, ad operation, traffic analysts, sales, and demand team to find and provide the best possible solutions
- Understanding your client’s needs and requirements and translating them for your team leads
- Building long-lasting and fruitful relationships with the client through verbal and oral communication and handling the client’s needs in a timely manner
