Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms from greenfield to production

• Refactor and optimise existing Spark and PySpark scripts for performance and maintainability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python and SQL development skills for pipeline development and optimisation
• Proficiency in Apache Spark / PySpark, including query optimisation and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (preferred) or Snowflake
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Experience with stream processing technologies (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming)
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data modelling (dimensional, Data Vault), and data warehousing

Ми шукаємо не класичного Project Manager, який лише контролює дедлайни та статуси, і не Product Manager, який самостійно визначає розвиток продукту.
 

Нам потрібен технічно сильний PM, який зможе глибоко зануритися в існуючу систему, розуміти мову бізнесу та розробки, утримувати великий обсяг контексту й організовувати весь процес — від ідеї та вимог до production.

Зараз продуктова експертиза зосереджена у CEO / Product Owner, а глибока технічна та архітектурна експертиза — у Tech Lead.
 

Твоя роль — стати сполучною ланкою між ними та командою розробки:
 

Зрозуміти задачу → зібрати відсутню інформацію → виявити суперечності → зафіксувати рішення → підготувати повну постановку → організувати розробку → контролювати блокери та дедлайни → організувати QA → довести задачу до релізу → підтримувати документацію в актуальному стані.
 

Важливо: PM не вигадує бізнес-логіку та не приймає архітектурні рішення самостійно.

🚫 Кому ця роль не підійде
 

Ми не шукаємо людину, чий основний досвід — це:

• проведення мітингів;
• контроль Jira та дедлайнів;
• підтримка Scrum/Agile-процесів без глибокого занурення в продукт;
• управління командою без самостійної роботи з технічними вимогами.
   

Також ця роль не підійде, якщо ти уникаєш технічних деталей і очікуєш, що розробник сам сформулює, що саме і як потрібно зробити.
