Strong Junior Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- proven experience in managing outsourcing IT project (1+ year);
- deep knowledge of IT technologies related to web and mobile projects;
- experience in creating project documentation (spec, wire, mock-ups);
- practical experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc);
- negotiation skills and fluent English;
- experience in Jira;
- strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within Agile environment.

Responsibilities:
- translate business requirements into product requirements;
- coordinate the work of project teams;
- manage risks and issues, plan mitigation strategies;
- pre-sales activities (estimation);
- prepare and present reports on project progress and issues;
- control of deliverables and timelines
- manage several projects simultaneously.
