Java Software Development Engineer in Test (offline)

You will work on back-end integration-tests that are intended to automate the verification of various e2e flows across services in the event-driven cloud-native environment.

There is no UI and your tests will be mostly hitting REST APIs and polling Kafka topics. Interaction with some AWS API is also possible.

The development of integration-tests has been started recently and here is technical stack so far: Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST, Cucumber, Gradle, Gitlab CI/CD, K8s.

Responsibilities:
Deep dive into domain and problem details
Communication with US customer
Writing clean, readable and efficient code
Contribution to technical documentation

Mandatory Skills:
Basic algorithms and data structures
Java (2+ years)
REST communication
Concurrency
Cucumber

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Kafka/JMS/AMQP
Spring/Spring Boot
Gitlab CI/CD
Gradle
