QA Lead — Mobile Apps (offline)

Requirements:
— 4+ years experience in software testing;
— 2+ years experience in testing mobile apps (Android, iOS);
— High proficiency in debugging tools: Android Debug Bridge, Charles, Xcode, Debug;
— Mastering QA tools and artifacts: checklists, test cases and others;
— Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB); you have no fear of writing queries;
— Deep understanding of the principles of client-server applications (you can explain the 502 code without help from Google).
Automation:
— You have already tried to automate your work trying various tools like Record-and-Play UI automationand it’s no longer getting you excited;
— You have started or about to start automating your work by coding auto-tests on java.
Other skills:
— Critical mindset and good math skills;
— English: Upper intermediate. The role requires an ability to both speak and write/read technical documentation in English. Readiness to get interviewed in English;
— Knowledge in the field of product development and testing, desire to actively participate in this process;
— Attention to detail and an innate strive for perfection.

— Experience with Git (you know what to do with branches);
— Advanced knowledge of Android and iOS;
— Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac
— Deep understanding of push notifications lifecycle on Android and IOS;
— Experience in testing in-app auto-renewable purchases on Google Play Store and App Store.
— Experience in integration testing with 3-rd party payment services (Braintree, Stripe, etc.)
