Frontend Developer (React) $3500-5500 Offline

We seek a Frontend Developer responsible for developing and designing new features using React. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a superb aesthetic sense, and a deep appreciation for building the best user experience.

Key Qualifications

- 4+ years of advanced JavaScript programming proficiency.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.

- Real-world experience with React or ReactNative.

- Familiarity with code organization and tooling, including linting, bundling, and testing tools.

- Fluent in semantic HTML and CSS standard methodologies and Cross-browser development and testing and experience integrating with web services.

- High ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience

- A perfectionist who makes sure every pixel is in the right place and has the ability to design, architect, and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English - B2.

- Ability to express ideas clearly within the team.

- Strong debugging and diagnostic skills.

- Acute attention to detail and dedication to quality.

- Confident in being hands-on from initial wireframes through prototyping into building the final product.

- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies.

- Maturity and willingness to reuse existing technologies without creating own.

Additional Requirements

- Experience driving quality and code reviews.

- Familiarity with the agile development process.

- Experience implementing accessibility standards and best practices.

- Familiarity with UX design and usability concepts.

- Must be able to provide sample work as requested and/or do a small technical task.
