Customer Support Representative (offline)

Core Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written);
- At least half a year of experience in customer support or sales;
- Experience in communicating with native speakers (participation in FLEX;
- Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC or other programs would be a plus);
- Self-organization with an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach.

You will be responsible for:
- Answering customers' questions and resolve any issues that they may be facing;
- Consulting clients about our app, equipment and other project-related features;
- Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service;
- Working effectively with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
