Web Developer (Front-end with WordPress Knowledge) $1000-2000 Offline

Professional Requirements:

* 2+ year of full-time development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. In other words, your experience should exceed 100 pages and 10 projects made from scratch (from the design).

* Hands-on experience with modern front-end toolchain: CSS frameworks (any of Bootstrap/Foundation/Semantic UI/Tailwind etc.), CSS pre-processors and post-processor (any of SASS/LESS/Stylus + PostCSS, vendor prefixes), some templating (any of pug/nunjucks/mustache/smarty/twig etc.), npm, front-end building (Gulp or Grunt, Webpack or parcel usage) + BEM/SMACSS methodology.

* Your JavaScript experience is not limited to just coding simple burger menus and customizing existing sliders. You shouldn't be scared of the task that requires a couple of screens of JS code with some OOP. Additionally, any experience with Vue or Alpine is not mandatory but can help you to negotiate a higher salary (and projects that utilizes them).

* Experience with animations (from simple CSS stuff up to complex JS-managed canvas, SVG, WebGL/Three.js, Lottie, as well as ScrollMagic, GSAP, and other related libs) will not only increase your chances of getting the job but also getting more "juicy" projects here.

* Basics of WordPress development - at least 3 sites built from scratch (based on a custom theme made by you). Effectively, for this requirement, you need at least basic knowledge of PHP (like templates and syntax), plugins usage, etc. Experience with other popular CMS (Drupal, Ghost, TYPO3, Craft, October) might be helpful as well.

* You know how to deal with AJAX, REST API, HTTP, and performance optimization.

* Attention to quality - cross-platform/cross-browser development, pixel-perfect styling, basics of accessibility.

* Experience in using any of Sketch/Photoshop/XD/Figma/Zeplin/Invision Inspect for slicing.

* Experience in using version control (Git & GitFlow).
