Support Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:
Support and consultancy for users;
Granting access to objects in Cognos;
User documentation development;
Development of new data import and export processes;
Performing regular system maintenance (install system updates, administration of user accounts and access rights, copy the data within the system or from external systems);
Data analysis for errors and inconsistency, problem solving;
Administration, software installation;
Conducting trainings and webinars;
Monitoring and analysis of the system performance;

Mandatory Skills:
High Education;
Experience in user support - 1+ year
Fiscal Accounting basics or experience in financial systems support.


SQL (MS SQL or Oracle) - 1 year;
Windows - advanced user;
MS Office (advanced Excel user, MS Outlook, MS Word) - 2+ years;
English - Pre-Intermediate or higher;
Good communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of IBM Cognos TM1 or IBM certificate is a big plus;
Any programming language;
Experience in administration of OS MS Windows Server;
Skill for complex SQL queries or understanding of DWH, OLAP, BI, ETL;
