Project Manager for Automotive project (offline)

Project Description:
Our Client is the top Tier-1 company in the automotive world. Project goals are software implementation for Client infotainment hardware platform intended to be used in a mass-production car/vehicle market.

SW platform: Android 8.1 (O-MR1)
HW platform: Snapdragon 820a (MSM8996)

The scope of the project includes SW design preparation, implementation, integration, and maintenance phases with following to modern industry standards for development processes in the automotive segment (Automotive SPICE).

Job Description:
5+ years of the overall experience, 2+ on a management position. Direct management of mid-size project teams (10-20 FTE).
Being able to elicit and document project requirements
Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
Good planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (MUST)
Strong understanding of SDLC from QA and development standpoints
Experience in Android development is a big advantage

Job Responsibilities:
Lead one or several sub-teams (up to 20 team members)
Communicate with the Client(s)
Coach team and guide with career development
Coordinate cooperation with internal departments
Coordinate technical issues resolution
Management risks and changes
Planning, estimation, and task management
Regular reporting and task reprioritization based on the Client's request
