Scrum Master (offline)

Required skills:

Experience in a similar position with software development teams;
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, as well as Scrum framework;
Knowledge and practical skills in Jira;
Ability to apply your knowledge in a large team;
Strong understanding of the software development cycles;
Experience in continually improving software development process;
Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher.

Personal skills:

Ability for teamwork;
Excellent communication and strong leadership skills;
Must be able to facilitate discussion, alternatives or different approaches.
Responsibilities:
Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meetings, act as safeguard for the team;
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings;
Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to improve product development process;
Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
