Project Manager (offline)

From You:
2+ years of experience in IT project management
Fluent English
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with risk management
Excellent communication skills
Business ethical attitude
Analytical mindset
Ability to make your own decisions
Experience working with Client directly, ideally based in North America

What will you do on a project:
Take full PM responsibility for the project — as expected by the PMI based principles. This includes managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, quality, stakeholders expectations and client satisfaction.
Be a Servant Leader (!)
Risk management on the projects, incl. working with change requests and managing priorities
Be proactive and constructively proposing company’s processes improvements
Directly communicate with Clients and Partners (incl. requirements gathering, demoes, progress reports, retrospectives, payments, etc.)
Work with change requests, manage priorities for the project’s tasks
Project’s reporting (documentation, reporting, performance monitoring)
