Customer Experience Specialist (offline)

We are currently looking for an aspiring Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:
β€” Prior experience in customer service, customer success or account management;
β€” At least upper-intermediate verbal and written English;
β€” Good communication skills, highly organized and detail oriented;
β€” Awareness of customer context and a keen ability to empathize with their needs;
β€” Knowledge of marketing mechanisms (will be a plus).

Responsibilities:
β€” Helping customers in any questions;
β€” Working in cooperation with operations team;
β€” Writing of documentation, FAQs;
β€” Creating quick videos.

Will be a plus:
β€” Any 3D experience - scanning or visualization (including CAD);
β€” Content creation (videos, FAQs, customer presentations, etc).
