Technical Support Engineer (offline)
Requirements:
β 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer/system administrator;
β Knowledge of ticket systems, bug trackers;
β Good troubleshooting experience;
β Linux administration experience;
β Fluent English, excellent grammar and writing skills;
β Experience in network administration;

β Assist in real-time with software installation and configuration, recognizing and adapting quickly to each customerβs unique hardware setups and configuration needs;
β Solving, escalation and management of incidents;
β Integrate and interact soundly with our existing support team, collaborating efficiently to find solutions;
