Technical Support Engineer (offline)

Requirements:
β€” 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer/system administrator;
β€” Knowledge of ticket systems, bug trackers;
β€” Good troubleshooting experience;
β€” Linux administration experience;
β€” Fluent English, excellent grammar and writing skills;
β€” Experience in network administration;

β€” Assist in real-time with software installation and configuration, recognizing and adapting quickly to each customer’s unique hardware setups and configuration needs;
β€” Solving, escalation and management of incidents;
β€” Integrate and interact soundly with our existing support team, collaborating efficiently to find solutions;
