Project Manager / Marketing Project Manager (Non-IT)

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team!

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a marketing environment
• Deep understanding of marketing and business processes
• Experience in building and optimizing business processes, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management

Will be a plus

• Experience working in marketing/digital agencies

Responsibilities

Manage projects and initiatives within Marketing Business Units.
Plan and monitor timelines, priorities, resources, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
Manage project risks, changes, and blockers.
Establish and optimize workflows and project management tools.
Ensure task clarity, status transparency, and follow-through on commitments.
Prepare project reports and ensure predictable delivery.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance team and process efficiency
