AI Agents Engineer

We're seeking a talented AI Engineer to build production-ready AI agents, RAG pipelines, automation workflows, and voice AI solutions for clients in the US and Europe. Core Competence:
 

• Strong Python or TypeScript skills with production backend development experience using FastAPI, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, and streaming.
• Proven production experience in at least two of the following areas: AI agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, or Voice AI.
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar technologies in production.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations.
• Ability to turn business requirements into reliable AI solutions, balancing LLM-driven decisions with deterministic logic.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production AI systems, rather than simply integrating LLM APIs.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, or the Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience building custom MCP servers and integrating AI agents with external systems.
• Knowledge of RAG optimization, including document ingestion, OCR, chunking, hybrid search, reranking, citations, and data isolation.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
• Experience building voice AI solutions using Twilio, ElevenLabs, Vapi, or Retell.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, tracing, and monitoring tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Braintrust.
• Experience with Supabase, Next.js, or Stripe for building products around AI capabilities.
• Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in daily development workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, explain architectural trade-offs, and work directly with international clients in English.
