Director of Sales Development (offline)

Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales roles with a proven track record of sales success
• Experience at a product sale, high-growth environment
• Experience growing and scaling a successful Sales team
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive, enthusiastic team player
• Fluent English
Optional:
• Experience at sales of highly loaded systems
• Experience at sales of Telecom and ERP industry
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
• Identify methods to optimize Sales department structure, selling tools and improve team’s productivity
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
• Hire, onboard, train and sales manages
