Node.js Developer Senior/Architect

RepMove is a field sales CRM and route planning platform. We’re looking for a Node.js Developer to build backend services and integrations for our web and mobile apps, working under the guidance of a Team Lead.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build integrations with CRM and ERP platforms.
• Work with MongoDB, Firestore, and Google Cloud.
• Implement background jobs, scheduled tasks, and data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead on technical implementation, code reviews, and delivery.
• Follow established development standards and write maintainable, tested code.
• Use AI coding tools while reviewing and validating generated code.

What we’re looking for

• Experience developing backend applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and error handling.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations, authentication, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Ability to listen to and apply feedback from the Team Lead.
• Ability to follow technical direction, communicate progress, and raise blockers early.

• Experience with Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Tasks.
• Familiarity with Firebase Auth, Firestore, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or ERP integrations.
• Experience building AI-powered features.
