Senior C#/.NET Engineer (Desktop) with Computer Vision

Join a product-focused engineering team developing and enhancing an advanced desktop application that combines software engineering, computer vision, image processing, and AI technologies. You will take ownership of a mature solution built with C#/.NET and WPF, contributing to its ongoing evolution, cloud integrations, and AI-powered image analysis capabilities.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance a desktop application built with C#, WPF, and .NET.
• Work with the MVVM architecture and contribute to application stability, performance, and user experience.
• Integrate and support REST APIs, authentication workflows, file uploads, and communication with cloud services.
• Maintain and improve computer vision and image processing functionality.
• Integrate, deploy, and optimize AI models used within the application.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, integration, and AI-processing layers.
• Contribute to testing, release management, documentation, and development best practices.
• Collaborate on the integration of C++ components and third-party libraries where required.

What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience developing desktop applications using WPF.
• Solid understanding of the MVVM pattern.
• Experience working with REST APIs and client-server integrations.
• Good knowledge of web technologies, HTTP, authentication, and API communication.
• Computer vision, image processing, or image analysis experience.
• Ability to understand, maintain, and extend an existing codebase independently.
• Experience with debugging, testing, source control, and software delivery processes.

Nice to have:

• AI/ML model integration and deployment.
• OpenCV, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime, or similar technologies.
• C++ development and native library integration.
• CI/CD pipelines, automated releases, and application packaging.
• Backend or web application development experience.
