We are looking for a Risk & Anti-Fraud Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process transactions in accordance with established procedures and internal requirements.
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and verify user information.
• Monitor user data on a daily basis to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, internal rules, and platform Terms of Use.
• Identify, analyze, and investigate suspicious activity and potential fraudulent transactions.
• Document the results of checks, investigations, and identified violations in internal systems.
• Promptly escalate complex, unusual, or suspicious cases to the relevant teams.
• Meet established KPIs and comply with SLA requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Risk, Anti-Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Support, KYC, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of fraud detection principles and risk assessment.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to data verification.
• Ability to make decisions based on available information and predefined criteria.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Confident basic-level proficiency in Google Sheets.
