Delivery Lead with BA Experience

On behalf of our Client, Mobilunity is looking for a Delivery Lead with Business Analyst Experience.

Our client is an international technology company developing a B2B SaaS platform that combines data-driven insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities to improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.

The Delivery Lead will work closely with the CTO and become the operational owner of product and development delivery. While the CTO focuses on architecture, technical direction, and senior technical decisions, you will translate business and technical priorities into clear requirements, actionable plans, and predictable delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

• Own day-to-day delivery coordination across product, development, and data teams.
• Translate business and technical priorities into clear tasks and requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog.
• Define scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Create realistic delivery plans and timelines.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and commitments.
• Run planning and status meetings and coordinate key stakeholders.
• Maintain clear delivery status and reporting.
• Identify risks early and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Help structure and execute the product roadmap.

Business Analysis

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Document business processes, workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Clarify requirements with the CTO, Product Manager, developers, and data teams.
• Ensure the team understands what is being built, why it is needed, and what the expected outcome is.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and support the team throughout implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Business Analysis / Technical BA,  Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong Business Analyst experience within software/SaaS development.
• Experience managing delivery for software development teams.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, scope definition, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies at a functional level.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Experience with data-intensive platforms and complex integrations.
• Experience with ERP integrations.
• Experience in procurement, contract management, or similar business domains.
