Senior React / React Native Developer
We're looking for a Senior React / React Native Developer with strong TypeScript experience to join a long-term project for a US-based B2B SaaS product in the workforce health and injury-prevention domain.
The product is used by large enterprise organizations and combines expert training content, guided programs, and data analytics across web and mobile. You'll be deeply integrated into a small product-focused engineering team, with real ownership over the frontend and mobile app.
Important: the team is based in the US, so this role requires at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time, ideally in their morning (approx. until 21:00–22:00 Kyiv time).
What you'll work with
Our core stack includes:
- React / Next.js
- React Native
- TypeScript
- AWS (S3, CloudFront) and GitHub Actions
The wider environment also includes Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Storybook, and Playwright.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship features in the React web application and shared component library
- Develop and maintain the React Native mobile app, including App Store / Google Play releases
- Own frontend build, deployment, and release processes using GitHub Actions and AWS
- Maintain authentication and account flows, including SSO integrations
- Review code and help maintain a high bar for quality, accessibility, and performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and propose technical approaches
- Write clear technical documentation and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of commercial software development in production, enterprise, or B2B environments
- Strong React and TypeScript skills
- Commercial experience with React Native, including app store releases
- Practical experience with AWS and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
- Experience with Next.js or another SSR React framework
- Experience working with a component library or design system
- Ability to own features end to end, from requirements to production support
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools
- English B2+ for direct daily communication with a US team
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Storybook, Playwright, Node.js or SQL will be a plus, but is not required.
