Project Manager / QA Automation Specialist

$$$

PM-first role with hands-on QA ownership

About the project

Our client is building a B2B SaaS platform that brings together LinkedIn Ads optimization, website visitor identification, and revenue attribution—helping businesses connect marketing activity to revenue and make better-informed decisions.

About the role

This role combines project management with hands-on QA. Your primary focus will be to organize delivery, turn requirements into clear tasks, and keep the development team moving forward. Alongside this, you’ll build automated testing from the ground up, using AI tools to support your workflow.

You’ll work directly with the CTO, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination and helping establish a reliable, scalable QA process.

What you’ll do

Project management — your primary focus

  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks and epics in ClickUp.
  • Lead sprint planning and retrospectives, track progress, and help resolve blockers.

Quality assurance — your secondary focus

  • Build an automated testing setup from scratch, covering end-to-end flows, regression testing, and APIs.
  • Create test plans and develop meaningful regression coverage for key product workflows.
  • Choose suitable QA tools and use AI to make testing workflows more efficient.

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years of combined experience, including at least 1.5 years in project or product management and 1.5 years in QA.
  • Practical experience running sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to balance delivery coordination with hands-on testing.
  • A solid QA foundation and experience moving toward test automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL; experience with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse is a plus.
  • Active use of AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • English at B1 level or above.
  • Native Ukrainian proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
  • A background in MarTech, particularly attribution, advertising technology, or CRM systems.
  • English at C1 level or above.

What’s on offer

  • Direct collaboration with the CTO and access to decision-makers.
  • The opportunity to shape delivery processes and build QA automation from the ground up.
  • Freedom to choose the QA stack that fits the product.
  • Investment in your professional growth.
  • A flexible work schedule.
  • 24 days of paid time off.
