Sales Intern

The Role 

We're looking for a Sales Intern to own outbound lead generation, end to end — from building a targeted contact list through to a running outreach sequence. This role exists to make outbound a steady, owned function rather than something squeezed in when there's time. Once a contact replies, you'll hand them off cleanly into our sales pipeline. 

What You'll Do 

• Build targeted contact lists from relevant public sources. 
• Use prospecting tools to find and verify contact details. 
• Build and run multi-channel outreach sequences (email and social), including personalized messaging. 
• Track replies and engagement, and hand off engaged contacts into our CRM so they enter the sales pipeline cleanly. 
• Work with our team on messaging and targeting — what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next. 
• (Over time) Help us make better use of internal tools for systematically identifying target accounts and contacts. 

What We're Looking For 

• Excellent written and spoken English (B2–C1 level). 
• You're organized and detail-oriented — this role lives or dies on data quality, not volume. 
• You're comfortable with (or eager to learn) prospecting and outreach tools. 
• You write clearly and can craft outreach messaging that doesn't read like a template. 
• You can work independently in a remote, async-friendly setting. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with outbound or prospecting tools. 
• Basic understanding of email deliverability and sequence best practices. 
• Interest in biotech, beauty, or personal care. 
• Experience with project management tools. 

What You'll Learn 

This role gives you practical experience in outbound growth and sales development. By the end, you'll be able to: 

• Run a full outbound motion — list building, enrichment, and multi-channel sequencing — independently. 
• Read and act on reply/engagement data to improve targeting and messaging over time. 
• Understand how a B2B startup builds its outbound pipeline from scratch.

Details 

Part-time, hourly-paid remote position with a flexible schedule and the possibility of transitioning to full-time. The candidate should be available occasionally for calls during U.S. morning hours.
