DevOps / SRE Engineer

A FinTech platform building high-scale payment infrastructure, processing millions of transactions daily. We’re looking for an experienced DevOps / SRE Engineer to strengthen the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Kubernetes: Design and maintain IaC, manage and troubleshoot EKS clusters, including networking and nodes.
• CI/CD & GitOps: Develop GitLab CI pipelines and onboard new clients following established runbooks.
• Observability: Build dashboards and alerts, and work with SLOs and error budgets in Grafana.
• Reliability & Security: Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, implement Zero Trust / least-privilege practices, and support compliance requirements such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/SRE and 2+ years of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes/EKS.
• Tech Stack: Strong AWS knowledge, IaC with Pulumi or Terraform, Oracle Linux, Oracle DB, and GitLab CI.
• Approach: Good understanding of microservices, GitOps, Zero Trust, and observability (Grafana / LGTM stack).
• Ownership: Willingness to participate in on-call rotations with a strong focus on production stability and security.

Nice to Have

• FinTech experience, knowledge of high-scale payment systems, and PCI DSS / ISO 27001 requirements.
• Experience with Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, Workers) and progressive delivery tools such as Argo Rollouts, Flagger, and Kargo.
• TypeScript experience for developing Pulumi components.
• Familiarity with Java, Envoy Gateway, Twingate, Redis, Mimir, Alloy, Loki, and OpenSearch.
