Home medical equipment providers and hospitals in the US run on fragmented, manual workflows — and this platform is built to fix that. You'll be joining a long-term SaaS initiative that centralizes appointment scheduling, invoicing, documentation, and medical deliveries into one coherent system. The product is live and growing, which means your work on test quality has a direct impact on real healthcare operations. This is a stable, meaningful build — not a prototype.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own the end-to-end test coverage for the platform — designing, building, and maintaining E2E automated tests using Playwright and C#.
• Drive AI-assisted test creation using Cursor or Claude to accelerate coverage and reduce manual effort across complex user flows.
• Ensure API reliability by owning backend test scenarios through REST and Postman-based testing.
• Integrate and maintain test pipelines within GitLab CI/CD, keeping automation runs stable and actionable.
• Shape the team's QA practices by bringing structure, ownership, and a proactive eye for gaps — not just executing tickets.

Does this relate to you?

• You actively use AI coding tools — Cursor or Claude — to write, refactor, and scale test suites faster. Not occasionally. Regularly.
• 5+ years in QA Automation, with solid hands-on experience in both backend and UI test coverage.
• Strong command of C# and Playwright — you've built and maintained real E2E test frameworks, not just contributed to them.
• Comfortable with API testing using REST principles and tools like Postman.
• You think analytically about test design — coverage gaps, flaky tests, and edge cases don't slip past you.
• Experience working within GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery cycles.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above — enough to communicate findings, ask the right questions, and work confidently in an international team.
• Healthcare domain experience or familiarity with GitLab-specific workflows is a plus.
