QA Lead / Salesforce FSC, MuleSoft, Integrations (US FinTech)

We're looking for a hands-on QA Lead to own quality on a Salesforce platform for a US financial services company.

What you'll do

• Build the QA strategy and process: test plans, regression and smoke suites, release readiness criteria
• Own end-to-end testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft and connected systems: data integrity, field and payload mapping, webhooks and Platform Events
• Make sure QA and UAT environments reflect Production, so issues are caught before release
• Run the QA part of the weekly release cycle: QA → UAT → Go/No-Go → Production → smoke testing
• Test contact center flows: Genesys ↔ Salesforce data sync, call routing
• Introduce test automation for the Salesforce and MuleSoft layers where it pays off
• Set up defect management in Jira and give the team and client clear quality status and risks
• Grow the QA function as the project scales

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in QA
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce, both standard and custom functionality (Apex, Flows, LWC)
• Strong integration and API testing skills: Postman or similar, MuleSoft APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads
• Experience testing Genesys and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Test automation experience (Selenium, Provar, Apex tests or similar)
• Experience with regression, smoke and UAT in a regular release cycle
• Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools for test and defect management
• Working English for daily communication with the client
• Ownership mindset: you notice what nobody asked you to check

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder)
• Experience with loan origination systems (e.g. Encompass)
• Performance and load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Automated testing for MuleSoft APIs
• Background in mortgage, lending or financial services

Conditions

• Full-time, 8 hours a day

• Kyiv timezone, with availability until 21:00 Kyiv time to overlap with the US team
