QA Team Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to own the quality of one of our product lines end to end. The role combines hands-on testing with team leadership, working closely with product, development and support to deliver reliable releases across hardware, backend, web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the QA team assigned to the product, aligning engineers to tasks according to their skills and professional growth.
• Build deep product and functional expertise, and serve as the quality reference point for the product line.
• Design, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, test suites and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing to identify defects and ensure product reliability.
• Partner with development teams to investigate issues, verify fixes and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

• Define and track quality metrics, and report release readiness to management.

   

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing QA engineers.
• Strong command of QA methodologies, processes and testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English.

• Ownership mindset and a genuine commitment to product quality.

   

Advantage

• Experience testing hardware or IoT products.
• Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and API testing.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
