We are a small startup that has been operating for around four years. We work directly with enterprise clients, move fast, and maintain a high level of service.

We are now in a growth stage and expanding our engineering team to increase our capacity to deliver.

 

About the Role
 

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Go experience and hands-on experience building AI-powered products.

You will primarily work on backend systems, APIs, data processing, and AI workflows. This may include RAG, LLM agents, prompt engineering, retrieval, and vector search.

This is a high-autonomy role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a problem, make technical decisions, and deliver solutions without constant supervision.

 

What You'll Do
 

• Build and maintain backend services in Go
• Develop features involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering
• Build APIs, integrations, and data-processing pipelines
• Work with NoSQL databases
• Contribute to retrieval, search, and AI workflows
• Take ownership of features from design to production
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues independently
• Collaborate closely with a small engineering and product team
• Occasionally handle simple Vue.js frontend tasks
  
   

Requirements
 

Must have:

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• 2+ years of commercial Go/Golang experience
• Hands-on experience with at least some of:
  • RAG
  • AI/LLM agents
  • Prompt engineering
  • LLM-powered applications
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Strong backend development fundamentals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to handle simple frontend tasks in Vue.js, or willingness to learn
