Outbound Caller — US market

CGS Growth helps US clinics and law firms get recommended by ChatGPT and other AI search tools. We're hiring a person to make outbound phone calls to owners of US medical practices and law firms.

No sales experience required. We give you scripts, call lists and training. What we can't teach is spoken English — so that's the main requirement.
 

What you'll do

• 60+ outbound dials per day to US businesses (from our lists, with our script)
• Get past reception, reach the owner, book a 20-minute call with our CEO
• Log outcomes in a simple table
   

You

• Spoken English close to native — clear, confident, minimal accent. This is the deal-breaker
• Available Mon–Fri, 16:00–20:00 Kyiv time (US morning hours)
• Not afraid of the phone. Customer support or call-center background is a plus, sales background is not required
• Stable internet, quiet place, headset
   

Compensation

• $500/month during a 2-month trial, $800/month after
• Plus $30 for every completed meeting with our CEO — from day one
• Part-time, 4 hours/day, remote
