🧩 Role Breakdown & Responsibilities:

• CMP Administration & Configuration: Maintain CMP settings, vendor information, consent banners, templates, translations, domain settings, and user access permissions.
• Scan Management & Tracking Metadata: Execute and monitor recurring web/mobile tracking technology scans (cookies, pixels, SDKs) and validate that metadata correctly populates user-facing materials.
• Support & Stakeholder Coordination: Triage incoming CMP support requests, clarify requirements, coordinate escalations with Engineering and Privacy teams, and maintain operational SLAs.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Translate legal/privacy guidance into platform configurations, support reconsent campaigns, and organize consent records, inventories, and audit evidence.
• Technical Integration Support: Collaborate with developers on CMP integrations, SDK/script updates, consent signal validation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain onboarding guides, checklists, and templates while refining intake workflows and platform maintenance procedures.
   

🎓 Our Perfect Match:

• OneTrust Expertise (MUST-HAVE): Hands-on experience administering OneTrust or similar enterprise Consent Management Platforms (CMP) / privacy tech platforms.
• Operational Background: Practical background in privacy/compliance operations, platform administration, product operations, or technical support.
• Privacy & Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of digital tracking technologies (cookies, mobile SDKs, web tags), consent frameworks, and privacy operations.
• Platform & Process Comfort: Confident working with SaaS admin consoles, ticketing tools, spreadsheets, and recurring operational controls.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent triage, escalation, and coordination skills across engineering, product, and legal/compliance stakeholders.
• Communication: Fluent / Proficient English with strong technical writing skills and high attention to detail.
   

➕ Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with GDPR, ePrivacy, IAB TCF, Google Consent Mode, or mobile SDK implementations.
• Experience supporting platform migrations, vendor assessments, or process automation.

⏳ Duration: 6+ Months (Full-time, with long-term extension potential).
