Sales Development Representative

Spaceberry is an AI-driven design studio. We create interfaces for web and mobile applications, working with the US/UK/EU markets.

Our mission is to increase the importance of design in the development of digital products. We are currently looking for a Business Development Assistant who wants to gain hands-on experience and build a career in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with documentation: preparing commercial proposals, contracts, presentations, and other deal-related materials;
• Maintaining data integrity across all channels (CRM, spreadsheets, client profiles, databases): ensuring timely data entry, verification, and structuring;
• Updating company profiles across B2B platforms (LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.);
• Liaising with the team to gather necessary inputs required for documentation and collateral;
• Gradually participating in calls and lead communications under the CEO's mentorship, with the trajectory to independently manage full-cycle deals over time.

Required skills:

• Entry-level position: Prior exposure to administration, process support, sales, or marketing is a plus;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, as part of the materials are client-facing;
• Understanding of LLMs and proactive use of them in daily tasks (skills, automations, workspace connectors) — required;
• Basic understanding of the sales process or customer journey is a plus;
• Basic understanding of design processes is a plus.
