.NET Engineer - Voice/Telephony Platform

Продукт працює з real-time voice communications, обробкою та записом дзвінків, інтеграціями з telephony/contact center системами та CRM.

 

Для цієї ролі нам важливий сильний досвід із C#/.NET та backend development. Досвід роботи з telephony, VoIP, WebRTC, SIP, UCaaS/CCaaS або іншими real-time communication solutions буде значною перевагою.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET
  • Develop features related to voice communications and call recording
  • Work with end-to-end call flows, including call initiation, routing, recording, storage and retrieval
  • Build and maintain integrations with telephony, communication and CRM platforms
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs and real-time communication functionality
  • Work with Twilio, WebRTC, SignalR/WebSockets and related communication technologies
  • Work with relational databases and optimize data access and application performance
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to call flows, integrations and real-time communications
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical estimations and code reviews
  • Write maintainable, testable and scalable code
  • Collaborate with Product, QA and other Engineers throughout the development lifecycle

  • Contribute to application performance, reliability and scalability

     

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial software development experience
  • Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET
  • Good knowledge of ASP.NET Core
  • Strong understanding of backend and client-server architecture
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Good understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrent operations
  • Experience with integration-heavy or real-time systems
  • Understanding of software architecture principles, clean code and common design patterns
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows

  • English - B2 or higher

     

Strong Plus

  • Commercial experience in telephony, VoIP, UCaaS/CCaaS, contact center or voice communication products
  • Experience developing call recording or media processing solutions
  • Understanding of SIP and RTP
  • Experience with WebRTC
  • Experience with Twilio, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Avaya, 8x8, Genesys, Five9 or similar platforms
  • Experience with WebSockets / SignalR
  • Understanding of real-time media streaming
  • Experience troubleshooting network or voice communication issues
  • Experience with Azure
  • Experience with microservices or distributed systems
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD
  • Experience with React.js / TypeScript

  • Experience with transcription, speech-to-text, conversation analytics or AI/NLP functionality
