Шукаємо .NET Engineer у продуктову команду, яка розробляє платформу для voice communications, call recording та conversation analytics.

Продукт працює з real-time voice communications, записом та обробкою дзвінків, а також інтеграціями з Microsoft Teams та іншими enterprise communication / contact center platforms.

Для цієї ролі шукаємо сильного C#/.NET Backend Engineer, який має комерційний досвід роботи з Microsoft Teams у контексті voice/telephony, calls або recordings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET
• Develop functionality related to voice communications and call recording
• Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft Teams and other communication/telephony platforms
• Work with call and recording data received from external communication platforms
• Work with end-to-end call flows, recording, storage, retrieval and processing
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and real-time communication functionality
• Work with communication technologies such as Microsoft Teams APIs, WebRTC, Twilio, SignalR/WebSockets and related solutions
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to calls, recordings, integrations and real-time communications
• Work with relational databases and optimize application performance
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical estimations and code reviews
• Write maintainable, testable and scalable code
• Collaborate with Product, QA and other Engineers throughout the development lifecycle
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET
• Good knowledge of ASP.NET Core
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Teams integrations related to calls, voice communications, meetings or recordings
• Experience working with telephony, voice communication, call recording, contact center or similar communication products
• Strong understanding of backend and client-server architecture
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs / third-party APIs
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrent operations
• Experience with integration-heavy or real-time systems
• Understanding of software architecture principles, clean code and common design patterns
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• English - B2 or higher
   

Strong Plus

• Experience with Microsoft Teams recording/compliance recording APIs, Microsoft Graph, Teams Calling/Meeting APIs or related integrations
• Experience developing call recording or media processing solutions
• Commercial experience with VoIP, UCaaS/CCaaS or contact center products
• Understanding of SIP and RTP
• Experience with WebRTC
• Experience with Twilio, Zoom, Cisco Webex/CUCM, IPC, RingCentral, Avaya, 8x8, Genesys, Five9, Movius or similar platforms
• Experience with SignalR / WebSockets
• Understanding of real-time media streaming
• Experience troubleshooting voice/communication integrations
• Experience with Azure
• Experience with microservices or distributed systems
• Docker and CI/CD
• React.js / TypeScript
• Experience with transcription, speech-to-text, conversation analytics or AI/NLP functionality
