We are looking for a Security Guard!

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in physical security, corporate security, facility protection, or a similar field is preferred;

- Understanding of physical security principles, access control, and visitor management procedures;

- Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems is an advantage;

- Ability to identify suspicious activity, security violations, and potential security risks;

- Understanding of basic security incident response and escalation procedures;

- Experience conducting checks, gathering information, and preparing concise reports;

- Good computer skills and proficiency with standard office applications;

- English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication and understanding internal procedures and instructions;

- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, discipline, and responsibility;

- Ability to remain calm and make appropriate decisions in emergency or unusual situations;

- Good communication skills and professional interaction with employees, guests, and contractors;

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Will be plus:

- Experience working in a corporate Security Department;

- Knowledge of Ajax and UniFi systems and practical experience with CCTV;

- Experience participating in internal security investigations;

- Experience conducting background or security checks;

- Previous service in law enforcement, military, or other security-related organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor the physical security of the office, work areas, and surrounding premises;

- Control access procedures for employees, guests, contractors, and visitors;

- Monitor CCTV and Ajax systems and respond promptly to violations, alarms, and suspicious activity;

- Conduct regular office patrols and inspections of restricted areas, doors, emergency exits, and other physical security elements;

- Provide initial response to security incidents, document the circumstances, and ensure timely escalation;

- Participate in security checks, internal reviews, and investigations, including CCTV analysis and information gathering;

- Perform security procedures related to onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, and conduct introductory security briefings;

- Maintain visitor records, incident and inspection logs, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Security Department.
