Automation QA Engineer (JS\TS)

Responsibilities & Activities

• Build and maintain automated tests for Mobile, Web, and Backend applications;
• Analyse test results, investigate failures, and help drive issues to resolution;
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases;
• Research and evaluate new automation tools, technologies, and industry best practices;
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test automation development and maintenance;
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive QA and engineering workflows.

Experience & Skills You’ll Need

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, Detox, WebdriverIO, or similar automation frameworks;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices;
• Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar platforms;
• Experience using AI to create, maintain, and improve automated test coverage;
• Ability to leverage AI agents to increase productivity and automate routine engineering tasks;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision;
• Load and performance testing experience is a plus.
