Creatio Implementer / Creatio Consultant / Creatio Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE
 

As a Creatio Implementer, you’ll translate business requirements into effective system configurations using Creatio’s no-code/low-code capabilities, including Business Processes, Case Designer, Business Rules, Freedom UI, and data modeling. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to configure, test, and optimize solutions that meet business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Creatio Implementer / Consultant — hands-on experience with Business Processes, Case Designer (DCM), Freedom UI, Business Rules, and data modeling.
• Experience configuring dashboards and reports in Creatio.
• Experience building complex multi-stage approval workflows with multiple approvers.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting UAT.
• Ability to read business requirement documents and translate them into a technical solution, including identifying gaps and open questions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and customize Creatio solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and implement business processes, workflows, and approval flows in Creatio.
• Configure Case Designer (DCM) for multi-stage business processes.
• Configure Freedom UI, pages, sections, fields, and business rules.
• Create and maintain data models, objects, fields, and relationships.
• Build and configure dashboards, reports, and system views.
• Implement complex approval workflows involving multiple approvers and business rules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Creatio solutions.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and open questions in business requirements.
• Participate in solution testing, UAT, and troubleshooting.
• Provide user training and support during and after implementation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and continuously improve the solution.
• Prepare and maintain system configuration and process documentation.
