Sales Development Representative Trainee/Junior

Hi! We are looking for a Trainee/Junior Sales Development Representative who wants to start a career in B2B IT sales and grow professionally in this field.
 

Responsibilities:

• Research target companies and decision-makers
• Find and qualify potential leads via LinkedIn and other channels
• Write personalized outreach messages and email sequences
• Communicate with prospects via LinkedIn and email
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM
• Learn from outreach results and continuously improve messaging
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT / interest in B2B tech sales.
• Basic understanding of lead generation/prospecting
• Ability to research a prospect/company and identify relevant information for personalized outreach
• Ability to formulate ideas independently and write outreach messages without relying on AI-generated text
• Analytical skills – ability to work with data, track campaign performance, and suggest improvements 

• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2+) with the ability to write clear, natural, personalized messages

   

Nice to Have

• Work with CRM
• Experience with Linkedin/UpWork
