Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms: Azure; tools: Foundry, OpenAI, PaaS Services, IaaS
ServiceNow Tools: Experience with ServiceNow tools for managing service requests and Incidents
Job Responsibilities
Model Monitoring & Management: Continuously monitoring model performance, identifying drift, and triggering retraining or recalibration processes.
Infrastructure Management: Maintaining and scaling the infrastructure required to support AI workloadsб including cloud resources, servers and storage.
Cost Optimization: Monitoring resource utilization, identifying inefficiencies and optimizing costs associated with AI infrastructure and operations.
Security & Compliance: Implementing and enforcing data security policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Bias Detection & Mitigation: Analyzing models for bias and implementing techniques to mitigate it. Working with data science teams to ensure fairness and equity.
Access Control & Permissions: Managing access to AI models, data, and infrastructure.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of AI models, and infrastructure. Generating reports on model performance, data quality and security.
Collaboration with Data Science: Working closely with data scientists to deploy, monitor and improve models. Providing feedback on model performance and data quality.
Vendor Management: Evaluating and managing relationships with AI technology vendors.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the health of our AI systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the systems are secure and up-to-date. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of AI technologies and system administration. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is essential.
