Junior JavaScript Software Engineer Offline

Founderside is a venture studio. 
We don't hire people to execute someone else's vision - we bring in people who want to own a piece of what they build. 
 

What you'll do

You'll work alongside senior engineers on the core products across our

portfolio. You'll ship real features, get direct code review, and see your work reach actual users.

- Build features end-to-end under engineer's guidance

- Work across 1–2 products at a time, not 4-5.

- Communicate with the owner and discuss production decisions

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people who are open-minded, comfortable asking questions, and comfortable being wrong in public, with strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node. A shipped side project tells us more than a certificate
