Sales Agent (Logistics)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our growing auto transport and logistics brokerage.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2+)
• Confident communication with American customers
• Ability to understand natural spoken English without translation tools
• Experience in sales, customer support, call center, or auto transport is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Available to work during U.S. Central Time (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers who request vehicle transportation quotes
• Explain our services and pricing
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text messages
• Answer customer questions and handle objections
• Convert qualified leads into booked transportation orders
• Update customer information in the CRM

All leads are provided by the company. No cold calling or lead generation is required.
