Product Setup Manager

As a product setup manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are professionally prepared and fully optimized to meet the requirements. This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient setup of product information, including visual assets, content, translations, and feature configurations, to guarantee a seamless and high-quality customer experience from the moment of launch.

As a Product Setup Manager, you will maintain consistency and attention to detail across our product portfolio, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to deliver polished, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content localization and adaptation for international markets, including translation oversight and cultural relevance.
• Coordinate with product, retention, tech, design, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth product launches and feature rollouts.
• Oversee multimedia content production, including texts, images, videos, and infographics, coordinating with UI/UX and web designers where necessary.
• Manage product operations tools and tech stack (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) to enhance collaboration and productivity across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on the GR8 Tech platform, with hands-on involvement in product operations, integrations, or workflow optimizations.
• Strong attentiveness to detail and a high sense of responsibility, ensuring accurate execution of processes and timely delivery of operational goals.
• Hands-on experience in creating marketing banners, social media visuals, and promotional graphics using AI generators.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated through the ability to analyze complex problems, anticipate risks, and develop innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
• B2 level English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with content analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting.
• Would be a plus: experience with Motion marketing automation tool
