We’re currently scoping a new project for one of our enterprise clients—a major global consulting firm (for whom we already manage several active maintenance and development streams across multiple entities).

We are looking to partner up to secure senior Java capacity for this account. Here are the key details of what we need:

Project Overview

• Scope: Maintenance and further development of large-scale, complex enterprise calculator applications written in Java.

• User Base & Functionality: Used by ~300 international corporate clients. Features include generating JPK/tax compliance files, financial reporting, and complex data statements.

• Team Scaling:

Immediate/Baseline Need: 1–2 Dedicated Java Developers for ongoing maintenance.

Future Scale: Up to 5 specialists as planned platform expansions roll out.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who could:

Join a client discovery call in 1–2 weeks as a potential Head of Development / Lead Architect (or a senior technical authority who will shape the team’s delivery).Transition into the project to drive technical execution and help scale the team as development ramps up.
