Note: This is a Staff Augmentation / Outstaffing role. You will be directly embedded into the client's core team.

If you are ready to build responsive, component-driven UI for AI products, here is what our perfect match looks like:

1️⃣ Engineering Seniority: 5+ years of commercial frontend experience with deep React and TypeScript expertise. 
2️⃣ UI & Design Systems: Strong CSS/responsive layout skills, reusable design-system work, and hands-on experience with TailwindCSS. Ability to translate Figma designs into accessible, production-grade code. 
3️⃣ Async & State Management: Solid experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, handling long-running async flows (streaming, polling, loading/error states), and using server-state tools like React Query. 
4️⃣ Engineering Standards: Strong knowledge of Git, code reviews, automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library; Playwright is a plus), and CI/CD pipelines. 
5️⃣ Communication & Autonomy: Fluent English (B2+) 

 6️⃣ Nice to Have: Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR), experience with UI for AI/ML or image-heavy products, Monorepos, and Storybook.
 

Project Details: 📍 Location: ONLY candidates based in Central Europe or Lisbon (Hybrid in Lisbon is a huge plus!).
