Senior UI/UX Design Lead

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications.
- 1+ year of experience leading designers or design teams.
- Ability to analyze user needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
- Experience presenting design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- General understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
- Ability to work with AI tools.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of modern design trends.
Would Be a Plus: - English Upper-Intermediate+.
- Experience working in Spline.
- Experience with SaaS or AI products.
Responsibilities: - Designing and developing mobile applications and web pages.
- Creating UX and UI kits / design systems.
- Developing logic and wireframes for websites, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
- Conducting research and developing user personas and flows.
- Creating infographics and icons when needed.
- Supporting the project through all stages of development.
