  • Design and maintain data models using PostgreSQL and Neo4j;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues involving OAuth, SAML, JWT, LTI 1.3, APIs, and data mapping;
  • Improve system reliability through enhanced observability, logging, monitoring, and internal support tooling;
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to onboard new educational institutions and ensure successful LMS integrations;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the backend architecture and integration infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of complex technical systems;
  • At least Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas, Brightspace (D2L), Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms;
  • Background in EdTech, Higher Education, or multi-tenant SaaS products;
  • Experience working with background jobs, message queues, monitoring platforms, or cloud infrastructure;
  • Familiarity with modern backend architecture, distributed systems, and scalable integration services.

We offer:
