We're CBD Local — an SEO & growth agency that has worked with US CBD/hemp brands for 8 years. We're scaling and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to open doors — the person who starts the conversation, sparks interest, and books quality meetings for our closers. 🚀

No commercial experience yet? That's fine — if you're energetic, coachable, and comfortable talking to people in English, we'll train you from scratch.

What you'll do:

🎯 Run outbound outreach to US prospects (email, LinkedIn, calls)

💬 Start conversations and qualify leads

📅 Book quality meetings for our Account Executives

🧩 Handle first objections and keep prospects warm

📊 Keep the CRM clean and follow up consistently

You're a fit if you:

• Speak confident English (B2+) and enjoy talking to people

• Are energetic, persistent, and not scared of a "no"

• Are coachable and want to grow into a closing role

• Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups
