Senior Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
Manage projects (4 teams) in an Agile/​Scrum environment
Follow team delivery pace
Ensure the teams deliver projects within expected deadlines and quality
Status Reporting
Maintain effective communication within the team
Participate, help and motivate personal development of each team member
Help newbies during the adaptation period
Risk Management

Mandatory Skills:
Previous engineering/development experience
Experience in working with several teams in parallel
Ready to work in a multicultural environment
Fluent English
Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Readiness to travel to our offshore providers
Scrum/Agile Experience
