Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, FinTech, digital assets, payments, banking, brokerage, investment, financial infrastructure or related business fields.
- Minimum 5 years of growth, sales or business development experience.
- Demonstrated proven achievements in launching new products and services, business segments, markets, etc. Certifications, strong track record and standing with financial authorities is a plus.
- Experience of working in a senior business development role.
- Experience of working with European/US/UK investors and stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of enterprise-building criteria, including strategy, execution, scalability, governance, risk, profitability and long-term value creation.
- Strong local network in the finance domain, with the ability to leverage personal relationships to support business launch, market entry and company growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement company development strategies and take ownership of business outcomes.
- Demonstrated professional credibility and a clean business reputation in the relevant market.
- Analytical mindset and business maturity and the ability to make timely informed decisions.
- High level of professionalism and a drive for success.

Responsibilities:

- Regular reporting to the Chief Risk Officer
- Daily production and distribution of risk reports
- Monitoring and control of the VaR and exposure calculations, stress testing and scenario analysis, including regular backtesting of models
- Book performance analysis and maintenance of Liquidity Provider performance scorecards
- Maintenance and development of risk systems, including data quality controls and parameter updates
- Regulatory reporting support
- Covering the 24/7/365 shifts to deal with risk related issues
