QA Manual

We are looking for a QA Manual Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of complex software solutions. The ideal candidate understands QA processes, testing approaches, and can independently organize testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical documentation;
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, test plans, and test reports;
• Perform different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and exploratory testing;
• Test complex software solutions and identify potential risks;
• Report, analyze, and track defects throughout the defect lifecycle;
• Work with bug tracking systems (Jira or similar);
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to improve software quality;
• Participate in QA process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual software testing;
• Strong understanding of QA processes, testing levels, and defect lifecycle;
• Ability to work with requirements and identify inconsistencies;
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios;
• Experience working with Postman and API testing;
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems (Jira or similar);
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and automated testing tools;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Basic SQL knowledge;
• Experience testing complex enterprise systems;
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
