Manual QA (offline)

Project Description:
We build the platform, which supports various information gathering and processing across the bank and providing access to this data through a public cloud approach.
The solution will be built from scratch using the latest technologies. There is a potential to develop machine learning and data mining solutions as add-ons to the platform.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing test cases for the features
- Conducting early acceptance testing
- Data discrepancy investigation
- Eliciting, elaborating and documenting requirements
- Investigating QA Automation options and implementing automation strategy

Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience in a technical QA position
- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
- Practical experience in both reading and documenting functional requirements
- Excellent communication skills (work will be conducted in English)
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Team-player and ability to build strong working relationships amongst diverse peers

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science
- Subject matter expertise in one or more functional areas within a bank
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Experience with large-scale datasets and/or transactional data
- Prior experience with reconciliation and data quality reporting
- Automation QA experience
- Leadership skills
